Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• EPA/CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and maintain property grounds, buildings and amenities.
• Schedule and complete all preventative maintenance programs.
• Observe all Fair Housing rules and regulations.
• Report incidents involving property damage or injuries with appropriate documentation.
• Maintain safety logs in accordance with policies and OSHA.
