Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and maintain property grounds, buildings and amenities.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs.
• Inspect grounds, units, and buildings and report risks to Site Manager.
• Ensure safety logs and regulatory compliance (OSHA) are documented.
• Complete unit turnovers and remove trash from vacant units.
• Maintain maintenance storage area and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and document actions taken.
• Assist with emergency situations per Fitch Irick procedures.
