Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s Degree is preferred for advancement.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and maintain property grounds, buildings and amenities including the removal of trash.
• Schedule and complete all preventative maintenance programs.
• Inspect grounds, amenities, units, and buildings regularly and report risks to Site Manager.
• Observe Fair Housing rules and regulations in practice and policy.
• Timely completion and documentation of resident and property maintenance requests.
• Maintain safety logs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Care for and inventory of all supplies and equipment; keep storage areas organized.
