Job summary

Fitch Irick Management Llc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day maintenance across properties. The role involves responding to requests, completing unit turnovers, and maintaining grounds, buildings, and amenities in line with Fitch Irick standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with EPA/CFC certification preferred and 1+ years in maintenance preferred. Local travel may be required, and the role emphasizes safety and accuracy in reporting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• EPA/CFC certification preferred for maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and maintain property grounds, buildings and amenities.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete unit turnovers.
• Ensure upkeep of grounds, amenities, leasing office, parking lot and common areas.
• Execute maintenance programs and comply with all regulations and Fitch Irick policies.
• Maintain safety logs and document incidents per OSHA and company policy.
