Woda Cooper is seeking a Service Technician for Parrish Greene Apartments in Estill, SC. You will perform general and emergency maintenance, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment for residents.

Role requires strong plumbing/electrical skills, ability to read manuals, and a proactive service mindset. A valid driver's license is needed; on-site work and after-hours availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to read and speak English and follow oral and written directions.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas.
• Maintain a customer-centered service culture with residents and prospects.
• Maintain an attractive community appearance and curb appeal.
• Conduct turnover of apartments including trash-out, cleaning, painting, carpet shampooing and repairs.
• Document daily/weekly inspections and report hazards.
• Be available for emergencies after hours, weekends, holidays.
• Utilize company databases and software as required.
• Assist with third-party inspections and OSHA10 training.
