Job summary

Woda Cooper’s Mallard Greene community in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and apartment turnover, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and tenant satisfaction. You will work closely with the property management team to maintain a well‑kept, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate has plumbing/electrical knowledge, can read manuals, and operates hand and power tools with strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive interactions with residents to enhance the community image and ensure superior resident retention.
• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas including snow removal during snow events.
• Create and maintain a customer-centered service culture by demonstrating proactive hospitality with prospects, residents, family and fellow associates.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times related to prospect or resident information.
• Maintain an attractive community appearance and overall positive curb appeal.
• Responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of the property, including sanitizing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
