Job summary

Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to support Madison Grove Apartments in Slippery Rock, PA and Thompson Greene Apartments in Butler, PA.

You will perform general and emergency maintenance, upkeep common areas, and respond to resident requests to keep the communities safe and inviting. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and experience in plumbing/electrical.

Qualifications

• Must have general plumbing knowledge and electrical understanding.
• Ability to read repair manuals and follow instructions.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive interactions with residents and the public to enhance the community image.
• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas.
• Handle snow removal during winter events and after-hours as needed.
• Maintain an attractive community appearance and curb appeal.
• Detail-oriented cleaning, sanitizing, and waste disposal tasks.
• Complete turnover of apartments including cleaning and repairs.
• Utilize company databases and software for maintenance records.
• Identify hazards and take action to address issues.
• Be available for emergencies after hours, weekends, or holidays.
