Qualifications

• General plumbing and electrical knowledge required.
• Ability to read repair manuals and follow instructions.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive interactions with residents to support community image.
• Perform general maintenance of apartments and common areas, including snow removal after hours.
• Turnover of apartments: cleaning, painting, carpet shampooing and repairs as needed.
• Document inspections and report hazards; assist with third-party inspections.
• Participate in OSHA10 training and on-call emergencies.
