Woda Cooper is seeking a Service Technician to support Foxtail Pointe in Sellersburg and Chapman Crossing in Corydon, IN. This full-time role involves general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas, on-call duties after hours, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

You’ll use your plumbing and electrical skills, read repair manuals, and operate hand and power tools. Prior maintenance experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have general plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Able to read repair manuals and follow instructions.
• Comfort with hand and power tools; strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive interactions with residents and public.
• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal of properties.
• Turnover of apartments including cleaning and repairs.
