The role requires plumbing and electrical knowledge, ability to read repair manuals, use hand and power tools, and the ability to work scheduled and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Prolonged standing/walking; able to climb ladders and work in varied weather.
• Experience in maintenance preferred; read and follow manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive interactions with residents and the public to enhance the community image.
• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas.
• Create and maintain a customer-centered service culture with prospects and residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and ensure safety.
• Conduct daily cleaning, turnover work, and repairs as directed.
• Identify problems and take appropriate corrective actions; assist with inspections.
