Job summary

Responsibilities include troubleshooting with Supervisors, performing preventative maintenance, and coordinating with Operators to minimize downtime, while adhering to Food Safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of related manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment; proficient in maintaining utility systems (electrical, water, air, HVAC).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform maintenance on machinery, piping, and electrical components.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and coordinate with Supervisors and Operators.
• Schedule work to maximize uptime and minimize downtime.
• Dismantle, repair, and install machine parts and related equipment.
• Maintain safety standards and 5S practices in the plant.
