Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running efficiently. You will perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and HVAC systems.

Work with the production and engineering teams to improve reliability, read schematics, and maintain logs. This role requires flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Experience as a maintenance technician in industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role supports the production team by minimizing downtime and performing preventative maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to established schedules and procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders.
• Assist in the installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
