Job summary

FT Precision in Fredericktown, Ohio, seeks Equipment Service - Maintenance Associate to support daily production, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance. You will repair various systems, assist with downtime improvements, and participate in training.

The role offers 2nd and 3rd shifts, an air-conditioned facility, and opportunities to grow in a team-focused environment. Ideal candidates have technical high school education or equivalent, 1-2 years manufacturing experience, and

Qualifications

Technical High School Education or equivalent experience.
1–2 years manufacturing experience using team-based problem solving.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel in a production environment.
Familiar with OHSA regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

Work with production to complete assignments in a timely manner.
Support planned and unplanned maintenance activities and downtime projects.
Repair hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, ladder logic, and NC systems.
Participate in shift meetings and training sessions.
Perform PMs and assist with model changes as needed.
