Job summary

Wis-Pak is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Norfolk, NE to maintain equipment and respond to trouble calls during a 8:00pm-5:30am shift. Earn $30.30/hr plus a $1.75 shift differential, with full benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safe repairs, and documenting activities. The role requires reading/writing English, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in challenging environments.

• Perform bench repairs and operate power tools, hand tools, welding/cutting equipment, and man lifts as needed.
• Complete and file all required documentation in an organized and timely manner.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining equipment, responding to trouble calls, and performing preventative maintenance--all while upholding the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Following all established safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Responding promptly to equipment trouble calls and performing efficient, sanitary, and safe repairs.
• Conducting preventative maintenance and documenting tasks, time, and any deficiencies.
• Performing bench repairs and operating power tools, hand tools, welding/cutting equipment, and man lifts as needed.
• Completing and filing all required documentation in an organized and timely manner.
