Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform general maintenance tasks across building systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas of the property and surroundings in good order.
• Complete work orders issued by Housing Manager.
• Troubleshoot appliances throughout the property and units.
• Coordinate with office staff to prepare units for new residents.
• On-call 24/7 for emergencies.
