Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains community appearance: sidewalks, entrance, parking lot, lawn care, and landscaping.
• Performs maintenance on units and common areas, including painting and refurbishments of vacant units.
• Executes safety and emergency procedures; responds to emergencies and coordinates with the Housing Manager.
