Job summary

Peak Management is seeking a Rockstar Maintenance Technician for our 650+ unit Town and Country property in Urbana, IL. The role requires maintenance experience, HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.

This on-site position includes on-call rotation, reliable transportation, and a generous benefits package with medical, dental and life insurance, PTO (birthday included), 401(k) with employer match, and a sign-on bonus. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience including HVAC understanding.
• Proficient in electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• On-call rotation required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide above-standard service to residents and the property.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on systems and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with on-call rotation duties as needed.
