Job summary

Peak Management in Louisville, KY is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Eagles Eyrie property (80+ units). The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience, HVAC understanding, and electronics troubleshooting skills to keep building systems running smoothly.

This on-site role includes on-call rotation, reliable transportation, and a full benefits package—medical, dental, life, PTO, and a 401(k) with employer matching—plus a sign-on bonus to welcome you to Peak.

• This position does require on-call rotation.
