You will participate in on-call rotations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering exceptional service. A reliable transportation and dedication to the job are essential for success at Peak.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems.

• Must have maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• This position does require on-call rotation
• Must have reliable transportation
