Job summary

MAXX Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Ridge in Midvale, UT. Join a hands-on, fast-paced team focused on building and equipment maintenance while servicing residents and supporting on-call coverage.

You will tackle a variety of tasks, including preparing vacancies, responding to service requests, and assisting with special projects alongside experienced professionals.

• Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance repair skills.
• Energetic, responsible and organized.
• Team-player mentality required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes).
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed.
• Keep grounds and common areas free of trash and debris.
