Job summary

Maxx Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Midvale, UT, to join The Ridge team. The role involves preparing vacant units, handling resident requests, and supporting maintenance supervision on special projects, with opportunities for growth in building and equipment maintenance.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, collaborating with experienced professionals while upholding safety and quality standards. Benefits include PTO, sick time, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is highly preferred.
• Energetic, responsible and organized; true team-player mentality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market-ready condition.
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.).
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
• Perform on-call emergency service as required
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
