Job summary

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians. Join a team focused on timely service requests, turnkey turnover repairs, and high-quality resident care.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of onsite experience, own tools, reliable transportation, and a valid I.D. AC certification is a plus and may command higher pay. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
