The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for an experienced HVAC Certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technician in Columbus, GA. Join our A/C maintenance team and help ensure comfort and quality for residents.

Requirements include HVAC certification (EPA/CFC), at least 6 months onsite experience, valid ID, reliable transportation, and tools. Excellent resident service and timely response to requests are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units.

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, HVAC Certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units


• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems.


• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.


• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.


• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.


• Manages records of activity in maintenance log.


• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.


• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC)


• At least 6 months of onsite experience


• Valid I.D. Required


• Have reliable transportation


• Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties

Pay ranges from $23 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.
