Job summary

The Liberty Group is hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities in Los Angeles. This role requires hands-on maintenance, resident service, and a focus on quality and safety.

Pay ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications such as HVAC certification. Candidates must have 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience, a valid government ID, reliable transportation, and their own basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed.
• Document work completed in maintenance logs.
• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams.

Preferred (not required)

• A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) - pays more
• Strong make-ready/turn experience
• Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
