Job summary

The Liberty Group in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities. This role offers hourly pay and requires reliable, hands-on maintenance skills.

Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. You will handle resident requests, make-ready repairs, and upkeep of common areas while delivering strong service to residents and onsite teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Own basic tools needed for maintenance work.
• Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready).

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed.
• Document work completed in maintenance logs and prioritize multiple work orders while working independently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams.
