Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to maintain and prepare rental units. You will handle service requests, make-ready/turns, and upkeep of common areas, delivering professional service to residents and onsite teams.

Requirements include at least 6 months of onsite apartment maintenance experience, a valid government-issued ID, reliable transportation, and your own basic tools. HVAC certification is a plus and may lead to higher pay.

Pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.
