Job summary

Myan Management Group, LLC. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Sparks, NV to keep our apartments in excellent working condition, deliver outstanding customer service, and support the Property Manager in daily operations.

You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with vendors, and help ensure safety and quality across grounds, buildings, and units. This role requires 40+ hours weekly and 24/7 on-call availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management.
• HVAC and EPA certification are required.
• Must be available for on-call emergencies 24/7.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise make-ready technicians, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and liability concerns.
• Train maintenance staff and oversee contractors and vendors.
• Identify and report safety hazards and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Maintain the visual appeal and operational integrity of grounds, buildings, and apartments.

Now Hiring: Full-Time Maintenance Technician (Multiple Sites)Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Sparks, NV to keep our apartments in excellent working condition, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. This maintenance technician position offers competitive pay starting at $23-$25 per hour, depending on the size of the property. We also offer great benefits and perks, including health insurance and paid time off (PTO).

A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you play a vital role in keeping the property in an attractive, safe, and functional condition. You will:

• Supervise make-ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
• Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns.
• Train maintenance staff and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors.
• Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions.
