A Day in the Life of a Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help ensure our property remains attractive, safe, and well-maintained. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, you manage supply inventories, tools, and equipment needed for daily operations and repairs.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Inspecting and maintaining buildings, units, and equipment
• Completing unit make‑readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks
• Performing electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
• Replacing locks, screens, and hardware
• Painting, wall repair, trash removal, and groundskeeping
• Reporting and correcting safety hazards promptly
• Keeping the property's clean and safe appearance, ensuring everything runs smoothly for residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintenance experience in property management
• Ability to be on‑call 24/7 for emergencies
• Valid driver’s license
