Job summary

Myan Management Group, LLC. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in Texarkana, TX to keep our apartment community in top condition.

You will lead the maintenance staff, coordinate with the Property Manager, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and timely make-ready work. You will supervise technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers, manage supplies, address performance issues, and coordinate with contractors to deliver high-quality service across our Texas properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in property management.
• HVAC and EPA certification.
• Available to be on-call 24/7 for emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff, including service technicians, groundskeepers and housekeepers.
• Oversee make-ready and routine maintenance tasks to keep the property in top condition.
• Manage supplies, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Address performance issues and train staff as needed.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure safety and compliance across the property and respond to emergencies.

Myan Management Group, LLC. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in Texarkana, TX to keep our apartment community in top working condition. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, support the Property Manager in daily operations, and supervise the maintenance staff.

This position offers competitive pay starting at $26 per hour , depending on property size. We also provide excellent benefits and perks , including health insurance and paid time off (PTO).

A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the property’s appearance, safety, and functionality. You’ll oversee make-ready and service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers. Working closely with the Property Manager, you’ll manage supplies, address performance issues, and help resolve liability concerns. You’ll also train staff and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure top-quality service.

Safety is a top priority. You will proactively identify hazards and ensure prompt repairs, helping keep our grounds, buildings, and units in outstanding condition.

• Available to be “on-call” 24/7 for emergencies
• Valid driver’s license

Work Schedule

This position typically requires 40 or more hours per week , with on-call availability for emergencies seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
