Job summary

Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Sherman, TX to maintain apartments, deliver service, and support the Property Manager.

You will supervise maintenance staff and collaborate with the team to ensure safety and quality across grounds, buildings, and units. The role requires at least 2 years of property maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certification, and 24/7 on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management.
• Must have HVAC and EPA certification.
• Ability to be available for on-call emergencies 24/7.
• Valid driver's license.

Now Hiring: Full-Time Maintenance Technician

Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Sherman, TX to keep our apartments in excellent working condition, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. This maintenance technician position offers competitive pay starting at $25-$27 per hour depending on experience, anddepending on the size of the property. We also offer great benefits and perks, including health insurance and paid time off (PTO).

A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Technician

• Supervise make-ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
• Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns.
• Train maintenance staff and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors.
• Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Take pride in maintaining the visual appeal and operational integrity of our grounds, buildings, and apartment units.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management
• Must have HVAC and EPA certification
• Ability to be available for “on-call” emergencies 24/7
• Valid driver's license

Work Schedule
