Job summary

Myan Management Group, LLC. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in Sherman, TX to keep our apartment community in top condition. You will supervise maintenance staff, assist the Property Manager, and deliver excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Requirements include 2+ years in property maintenance, HVAC and EPA certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to be on-call 24/7. Competitive pay starts at $25-$27 per hour, with health insurance and PTO provided.

A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the property's appearance, safety, and functionality. You’ll oversee make-ready and service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers. Working closely with the Property Manager, you’ll manage supplies, address performance issues, and help resolve liability concerns. You’ll also train staff and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure top-quality service.

Safety is a top priority. You will proactively identify hazards and ensure prompt repairs, helping keep our grounds, buildings, and units in outstanding condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in property management
• Must have HVAC and EPA certification
• Available to be “on-call” 24/7 for emergencies
• Valid driver’s license
