Job summary

Myan Management Group, LLC. in Sherman, TX is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to keep our apartment community in top working condition.

You will support the Property Manager, supervise maintenance staff, and oversee make-ready and service teams to deliver outstanding service. This role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in property maintenance, HVAC and EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Now Hiring: Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor

Are you committed to doing quality work and motivated to continually improve your skills? Myan Management Group, LLC. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in Sherman, TX to keep our apartment community in top working condition. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, support the Property Manager in daily operations, and supervise the maintenance staff.

This position offers competitive pay starting at $25-$27 per hour, depending on experience, depending on property size. We also provide excellent benefits and perks, including health insurance and paid time off (PTO).

A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the property's appearance, safety, and functionality. You’ll oversee make-ready and service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers. Working closely with the Property Manager, you’ll manage supplies, address performance issues, and help resolve liability concerns. You’ll also train staff and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure top-quality service.

Safety is a top priority. You will proactively identify hazards and ensure prompt repairs, helping keep our grounds, buildings, and units in outstanding condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in property management
• Must have HVAC and EPA certification
• Available to be “on-call” 24/7 for emergencies
• Valid driver’s license

Work Schedule

This position typically requires 40 or more hours per week, with on-call availability for emergencies seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
