Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Alexander Apartments in Rock Hill, SC. Expect hands-on upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances, plus prepping units for new residents and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience with EPA Certification (required).
• Pool experience required (CPO preferred).
• Basic hand tools and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment service requests and repairs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems.
• Help maintain community grounds and amenities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
