Job summary

Brookside Properties in Louisville, KY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service multifamily properties. You’ll manage repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and assist in preparing units for new residents.

Strong customer service and reliable work ethic are essential. Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, plus participating in after-hours on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred.
• HVAC repair experience with building systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents.
• Maintain the property's buildings, grounds and amenities.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems.
• Participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation.
• Maintain maintenance supplies, equipment and inventory.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
