Job summary

Brookside Properties in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Temporary Apartment Maintenance Technician to join Enclave Apartments. This temporary position offers immediate opening and a competitive hourly rate. You will handle resident service requests, perform general maintenance, and ensure safe, appealing community standards.

On-call rotations may be required, and EPA certification is strongly preferred. Ideal candidates have prior multifamily maintenance experience, the ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum prior maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and appliance repair.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance and carpentry issues.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community.
• Participate in on-call rotations if needed.

What You'll Do

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally
• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-readies)
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community
• Participate in on-call rotations if needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance experience required
• EPA Certification strongly preferred
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience preferred
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
