Job summary

Brookside Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations at a large, 360-unit multifamily community in Rock Hill, SC. The role requires strong HVAC and general maintenance expertise, with a focus on resident satisfaction and team leadership.

You will manage daily maintenance, oversee a sizable onsite team, coordinate turns to support occupancy goals, and ensure safety and compliance across the property. Starting at $30/hour with bonuses and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience leading a maintenance team.
• Experience overseeing maintenance operations for a large apartment community (350+ units preferred).
• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily maintenance operations for a 350+ apartment community.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a large onsite maintenance team.
• Coordinate apartment turns to support occupancy goals.
• Prioritize and oversee resident service requests while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and conduct routine property inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Manage maintenance inventory, vendor relationships, and contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and local regulations.
• Participate in the property's emergency on-call rotation.

Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a large, 360 unit multifamily community in Rock Hill, SC.

What You'll Do

• Lead all daily maintenance operations for a 350+ apartment home community
