Brookside Properties, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician for The Alexander Apartments in Rock Hill, SC. Starting pay is $25/hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and full benefits. EPA certification is required and $1,000 after 90 days and $1,000 after 6 months are offered.

Ideal candidates have HVAC experience, apartment maintenance background, and a commitment to safety and resident service. This is a full-time, on-site role with potential for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience with EPA Certification (required).
• Pool experience required (CPO preferred).
• Basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent resident service.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment service requests and repairs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems.
• Help maintain community grounds and amenities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
