Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Beaufort, SC. You will perform repairs, respond to resident requests, and conduct preventative maintenance to keep the community running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of maintenance experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification, and a strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building systems. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with reliable transportation and basic hand

• Respond to resident maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing requirements.
• Provide professional, courteous service to residents and team members.
