Job summary

Brookside Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician for Anderson Estates in Oxford, MS. You will lead daily maintenance, complete service requests, and perform preventive tasks to keep the 49-home community well-maintained.

The role requires hands-on abilities in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs, with strong troubleshooting and after-hours responsiveness. Competitive pay and room to grow are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations for the community.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Strong HVAC experience
• EPA Type II or Universal certification strongly preferred
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to respond to after-hours/emergency maintenance needs
• Basic hand tools and reliable transportation

What You'll Do
