Job summary

Waffle House, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service multiple restaurants in the Opelika area. You will install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment, perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC work, and handle roof repairs and door replacements.

This role requires hands-on skills with basic plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC units up to 5 tons. EPA Universal Certification is required, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

JOB DETAILS

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience

• Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
• Use of small power/hand tools
• HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
• EPA Universal Certification
