Job summary

The Waffle House, Inc. maintenance technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the specified area in Mississippi.

The role covers installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repairs and replacement of doors, blinds and tiles. Ideal candidates will have basic plumbing and electrical wiring skills, the ability to use basic tools, HVAC experience up to 5 tons, and EPA Universal Certification.

Qualifications

• Must have basic plumbing skills.
• Must have basic building electrical wiring knowledge (low voltage and 120/208V, single and 3 phase).
• Able to use small power/hand tools effectively.
• HVAC repair experience for units up to 5 ton is preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform electrical, plumbing and HVAC work as needed.
• Repair roofs, doors, blinds and tiles and other building components as required.

Required Experience

• HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
• EPA Universal Certification
