Job summary

The Waffle House, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to cover multiple restaurants in and around the Wilmington, DE area.

This role will perform installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repairs and replacement of doors, blinds and tiles. Ideal candidates possess basic plumbing and electrical skills, use of small tools, HVAC experience up to 5 tons, and EPA Universal Certification.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic plumbing and electrical systems.
• Proficient with use of small power/hand tools.
• HVAC repairs for units up to 5 ton.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC work and basic building repairs.
• Address roof, doors, blinds, and tile maintenance as needed.

JOB DETAILS

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience

• Basic Plumbing
• Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
• Use of small power/hand tools
• HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
• EPA Universal Certification
