Waffle House, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service multiple restaurants in the surrounding Florida area, focusing on installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repairs, and door replacements.

The role requires basic plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC repair experience up to 5 ton, and EPA Universal Certification. A company vehicle is provided while joining a team that values detail, independence, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with plumbing and electrical work in commercial settings.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and basic repairs up to 5 ton.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for installation and repair.
• EPA Universal Certification required for handling refrigerants.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair restaurant equipment and refrigeration systems.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related building maintenance.
• Handle roof repairs, door and hardware replacements, and tile work as needed.
• Work across multiple locations in the surrounding area.

JOB DETAILS

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience

• Basic Plumbing
• Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
• Use of small power/hand tools
• HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
• EPA Universal Certification
