Job summary

Waffle House is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for multiple restaurants in the surrounding area. You will install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment, perform electrical, plumbing and HVAC work, and handle roof repairs and door, blinds and tile replacements.

Typical schedule is 7am–5pm, Monday–Friday with a rotating on-call duty for weekends, nights and holidays. A company vehicle is provided, and benefits include medical, dental and life insurance, plus stock

Qualifications

• Basic Plumbing skills required.
• Basic building electrical wiring knowledge (low voltage, 120/208V, single/3-phase).
• Ability to use small power/hand tools.
• HVAC repair experience for units up to 5 ton.
• EPA Universal Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair restaurant equipment and refrigeration systems.
• Perform electrical, plumbing and HVAC work as needed.
• Repair roofs and replace doors, blinds and tiles as required.

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience:

1. Basic Plumbing
2. Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
3. Use of small power/hand tools
4. HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
5. EPA Universal Certification
