Job summary

Waffle House, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to service multiple restaurants in the Clearwater area. The role covers installation and repair of refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related building components at sites in and around the region.

The position requires hands-on skills with plumbing, electrical wiring up to 3-phase, HVAC work up to 5 tons, and EPA Universal Certification. A strong team player who can work independently is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic Plumbing experience required.
• Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase).
• Proficient with common hand and power tools.
• HVAC repair experience for unit sizes up to 5 ton.
• EPA Universal Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform electrical, plumbing and HVAC maintenance across locations.
• Complete roof repairs and door, blind and tile replacements as needed.

JOB DETAILS

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience

• Basic Plumbing


• Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)


• Use of small power/hand tools


• HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton


• EPA Universal Certification
