Job summary

Waffle House is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple restaurants in and around the Austin area. Responsibilities include installing and repairing restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repairs and door, blinds and tile replacements.

Qualifications include basic plumbing, building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208V, single and 3-phase), use of small tools, HVAC repair up to 5 tons, and EPA Universal Certification.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic plumbing tasks in a commercial setting.
• Knowledge of building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208V, single and 3-phase).
• Proficiency using small power and hand tools.
• HVAC repair experience for units up to 5 tons.
• EPA Universal Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair restaurant equipment and refrigeration systems.
• Perform electrical work and basic wiring tasks.
• Handle plumbing and HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Repair roofs and replace doors, blinds, and tiles as needed.
• Maintain safety and adhere to company standards.

Job description

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience:

1. Basic Plumbing
2. Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
3. Use of small power/hand tools
4. HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
5. EPA Universal Certification
