Job summary

MAXX Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Boulevard @ 4201 Apartments in Las Vegas. The role supports the community’s safety, appearance, and operations, with hands-on maintenance across multiple systems and coordinated moves of units to meet leasing needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of residential maintenance experience.
• Moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs, and general maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, drywalling, and appliances.
• Manage inventory of ready apartments to support leasing.
• Ensure safety, appearance and operation within budgeted financial goals.

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Boulevard @ 4201, you are responsible for ensuring the community meets and exceeds our standards for safety, appearance and operation within the budgeted financial goals. Our supervisors are hands‑on with diagnosing and repairing areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling and appliances. You are also responsible for managing the inventory of “ready” apartments to support the community’s leasing efforts.
