Maintenance Technician

Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 30 properties and nearly 3,000 units in the greater Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas.

Immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician based in the Kansas City, KS area, with occasional service to other properties in our Central Region (KCK, Piper, Shawnee, Mission, KS).

Responsibilities include resolving service tickets generated by residents, performing preventative maintenance and repair on the properties, completing make readies, grounds, and other tasks assigned by the Regional Manager or Community Manager. Experience with troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, and appliance repair is necessary for day‑to‑day maintenance.

Successful candidates will provide “on‑call” support on a rotating basis.

Base Hourly Rate

Up to $27/hr, depending on experience/skill set.

Experience & Requirements

• 3‑5 years of relevant and well‑rounded maintenance experience in the multi‑family industry
