Job summary

Price Brothers Management Company in Kansas City, MO is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to support the on‑site team with daily upkeep of apartments, exteriors and common areas. You will assist the lead maintenance and complete work orders to maintain high standards of property care.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience, HVAC certification, a valid driver license, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification EPA Type I & II or Universal.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work on‑call and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead maintenance in daily upkeep of apartment units and common areas.
• Complete assigned work orders promptly and professionally.
• Establish and maintain relationships with residents and on‑site staff.
• Flexibility to perform other duties as needed.
