Job summary

Price Brothers in Overland Park, KS seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential properties, manage on-site staff, and coordinate vendor activities.

You will supervise leasing and renewals, ensure a clean, safe community, respond to resident concerns, monitor finances, and maintain records, while upholding company standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a management role, strong communication, and a service‑oriented approach; benefits include health plans, 401k, PTO.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a management/leadership role.
• 2 years sales or property management experience (Preferred).
• Excellent communication (written and verbal).
• Committed to continuous learning to stay updated on rules and regulations.
• Ability to operate Property Management Software systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily functions throughout the property, including inspections and vendor coordination.
• Ensure residents live in a clean, safe, well-maintained community by daily inspections.
• Direct, organize, and motivate on-site team members.
• Respond to residents' calls and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Monitor debt and delinquency, keeping it below company requirements.
• Supervise leasing consultants and renewal programs to maximize occupancy.
• Maintain records of all financial transactions for the community.
• Maintain office hours and respond to emergencies on a 24-hour basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily functions throughout the property. Including but not limited to apartment inspections, move in/outs and outside contractors.
• Ensure residents are provided with a clean, safe and well maintained community by inspecting the property daily.
• Responsible directing, organizing and motivating all on-site team members
• Respond to all residents calls and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor debt and delinquent status while keeping it below the company requirement
• Supervise leasing consultants and renewal programs to ensure maximum capacity
• Maintain necessary records of all financial transactions from the community
• Maintain required office hours and on call requirements for all emergencies on a 24-hour basis

Our Ideal Candidate

• 2-3 years in a management/leadership role
• 2 years sales or property management experience (Preferred)
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skills
• Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules, laws and regulations
• Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
